2022
The Idea
Emily's father passes. Searching for a meaningful, modern way to celebrate his life, she finds only cold, outdated options. The seed of The Solace is planted.
2023
Launch
The Solace launches in Ireland as a free memorial platform. Early adopters include families, funeral homes, and grief counsellors who see the potential immediately.
2024
The Store Opens
We launch our curated store — handwritten sympathy cards, urns, candles, and books — extending Solace into a full aftercare experience.
2025
Aftercare Platform
The Solace evolves into a comprehensive aftercare platform, partnering with funeral directors across Ireland to deliver white-label, seamless family support.
